Our primary responsibility as Genoa is to architect and design solutions and link Business Development with our delivery engineers i.e. the technical implementation team, also do Quality Assurance, our primary duty is about running the Managed IT Services department.

Duties included management of engineers, quality assurance, project management and providing technical leadership and guidance to engineers and project teams.

Implementation and support of various of systems including Networking, Linux, Clustering, Identity Management, Virtualization, Active Directory Services , Microsoft Exchange Servers, Group Policy Organisation and many others.
